ATL

Palm-authorized payments, settled on NABD.

ATL is a Dubai technology lab developing blockchain and palm/vein payment technology, with privacy, post-quantum security, and POS integration built around the core stack.

Focused by Design

ATL develops a small number of technologies deeply. Our work starts with owned IP in blockchain and palm/vein payments, then extends into the security and integration needed for deployment.

We work with banks, payment providers, public-sector teams, and technology partners on pilots, licensing, white-label deployments, and dedicated networks.

Core Technology

ATL's owned IP is concentrated in two connected areas: the network that settles a payment and the biometric layer that authorizes it.

01 / Settlement

NABD

A blockchain protocol for stablecoin and digital-payment settlement, designed around deterministic finality, transparent or private payment flows, and controlled deployment.

  • Fast, deterministic BFT finality
  • Transparent and privacy-preserving payment modes
  • FIPS 204 ML-DSA and FIPS 206 FN-DSA (Falcon) key paths
  • BaaS or dedicated-network deployment
02 / Authorization

Palm / Vein Payments

A biometric authorization layer for POS payment flows. The merchant terminal remains part of the experience while the palm or vein pattern becomes the primary way to approve a linked wallet or stablecoin payment.

  • Palm and vein enrollment
  • Integration with existing POS workflows
  • Wallet and stablecoin authorization
  • Less reliance on phones, cards, or passwords

One Connected Payment Path

The two core technologies are designed to work together while remaining useful as independent layers in a wider payment stack.

From authorization to finalityBiometric approval at the POS. Privacy-aware settlement on NABD.
01 / Authorize

Palm / Vein

The user approves a payment with an enrolled palm or vein pattern.

02 / Connect

POS + Wallet

The existing merchant terminal passes the authorization to the linked wallet or payment account.

03 / Protect

Keys + Files

HSM-backed PQC custody protects signing keys, while encrypted files can use Shamir-based key splitting for distributed control.

04 / Settle

NABD

The payment settles with deterministic BFT finality in a transparent or privacy-preserving mode.

How We Work

A practical path from a defined use case to a controlled deployment.

01

Define

We start with the payment flow, operating environment, and integration requirements.

02

Pilot

We connect the relevant ATL technology to real POS, wallet, custody, and settlement workflows.

03

Deploy

Once the pilot is proven, we agree the right model: licensed software, white-label service, BaaS, or a dedicated network.
